Available Positions:

• Level 4 Categorical Program Teacher: Work with JK-5th grade students, caseload of 6-10, beginning ASAP through June 12th, 2027.
• Emotional Impairment Categorical Program Teacher: Guide 2nd-5th graders with emotional impairments, caseload of 6-12, January 2027 to June 12th, 2027.
• SXI Categorical Program Teacher: Support preschoolers through 7th graders with severe/multiple impairments, caseload of 9, starting ASAP until June 12th, 2027. All positions are 37.5 hours/week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification.
• Experience working in categorical programs (Level 4, EI, or SXI preferred).
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Committed to fostering inclusive and supportive classroom communities.
• Adaptable, patient, and passionate about helping students with a range of needs succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized lessons aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Use evidence-based strategies and adaptive methods to support diverse learning styles.
• Work closely with other educators, therapists, and families in crafting and tracking student progress.
• Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment.
• Collect and report data on student growth and behavioral progress.
• Participate in professional development as required.
