Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (Intervention Specialist preferred)
• Strong understanding of IEP development and case management
• Experience working with students with a variety of exceptionalities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, colleagues, and families
• Proficiency with data collection and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of students, overseeing academic and behavioral support plans
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely progress reports and documentation
• Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and ensure compliance
• Deliver direct services to students in classroom and small-group settings
• Collaborate with general education staff to support inclusion and student success
