Special Education Teacher in Holden, MA

• A valid Massachusetts teaching license in Moderate or Severe Disabilities
• Experience or strong comfort supporting students who experience challenging behaviors
• Familiarity with ABA or therapeutic classroom environments (preferred)
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration

In this role, you will:

• Deliver specialized academic instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning needs
• Manage IEP documentation, including writing, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Oversee the work of RBTs and paraprofessionals, providing daily guidance and support
• Implement holistic academic and behavioral programming drawing on ABA strategies
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, related services providers, families, and the broader school staff
