As an ESE Facilitator for the 2026/2027 academic year, you’ll provide essential support in IEP development, compliance, and auditing for a welcoming and tight-knit educational community.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification required
  • Proven experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal special education regulations and compliance
  • Previous involvement in auditing and maintaining accurate educational records
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and administrators

Role Highlights & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and implement IEPs for students on a small caseload (fewer than six)
  • Coordinate compliance efforts and ensure all documentation aligns with current regulations
  • Conduct regular audits of student records and education plans
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students, supporting their learning and social-emotional needs
