Key Qualifications:

• Special Education Teacher license required; open to other relevant licensures
• Experience (or strong interest) in teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder highly preferred
• Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to daily, onsite support for a partial school day, five days a week

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction to students with special needs, primarily at the elementary level
• Adapt curriculum and materials to engage and support learners with diverse abilities
• Maintain detailed records on student progress, goals, and behavioral plans
• Partner with general education teachers, administrators, and families to deliver comprehensive support
• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth through evidence-based classroom strategies
