Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Previous classroom experience as a Special Education Teacher
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Familiarity with adaptive technology, differentiated instruction, and positive behavior strategies
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, counselors, and fellow teachers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans for students with special needs
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges

• Partner closely with parents and guardians, updating them on progress and strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports as required by federal, state, and local guidelines
