Special Education Teacher | Hopkins, Minnesota

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience with high school students and multicategorical disabilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction to high school students across a range of disabilities
• Develop and implement effective IEPs, progress monitoring, and data-driven reporting
• Specialize in either reading or math content areas to drive student growth
• Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and other specialists to create inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Communicate regularly with families, providing updates on student achievement and strategies to support learning at home
