You'll have the opportunity to support students at both the elementary and upper elementary/secondary levels, providing specialized interventions and helping learners reach their fullest potential. What You’ll Bring:

• Valid SPED teaching license (T2-T4 ABS, autism, or other Special Education credentials)
• Experience working with students in resource classroom environments ideal
• Strong ability to adapt lesson plans and strategies to meet individual educational goals
• Collaborative spirit to work alongside educators, support staff, and families
• Passion for fostering inclusion, growth, and academic success for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 20-30 students, creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver resource support to students, ensuring access to curriculum and tailored instruction
• Track and document student progress; communicate milestones and concerns effectively
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and parents to support holistic development
• Attend staff development and orientation the weeks of 8/24 and 8/31 to prepare for the school year starting on 9/8
