Soliant is seeking a dedicated Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher to provide virtual instructional services to students in a Minnesota school district. This remote role offers flexibility while supporting DHH students in accessing curriculum and achieving academic success.

Position Overview

  • Full-time virtual/remote role
  • Minnesota school district assignment
  • School year contract with potential renewal
  • Work-from-home flexibility
  • Pay: $40–$47/hour

Requirements

  • Active Minnesota Teaching License with DHH (Deaf/Hard of Hearing) endorsement
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or related field
  • Experience working with K–12 DHH students preferred
  • Strong skills in IEP development and virtual instruction

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized virtual instruction for DHH students
  • Adapt curriculum to meet communication and learning needs
  • Support IEP development and implementation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
