Soliant is seeking a dedicated Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher to provide virtual instructional services to students in a Minnesota school district. This remote role offers flexibility while supporting DHH students in accessing curriculum and achieving academic success.
Position Overview
- Full-time virtual/remote role
- Minnesota school district assignment
- School year contract with potential renewal
- Work-from-home flexibility
- Pay: $40–$47/hour
Requirements
- Active Minnesota Teaching License with DHH (Deaf/Hard of Hearing) endorsement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or related field
- Experience working with K–12 DHH students preferred
- Strong skills in IEP development and virtual instruction
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized virtual instruction for DHH students
- Adapt curriculum to meet communication and learning needs
- Support IEP development and implementation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
