Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching Certification (required; must be provided with your resume for consideration)
- Willingness and ability to work on an as-needed, strictly on-call basis
- Experience or adaptability with diverse student populations spanning early childhood through high school
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude and a commitment to inclusive education
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support to students with special needs, following lesson plans and IEPs as provided
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of learning during teacher absences

- Adapt readily to varying assignments, settings, and grade levels as required by each call-in request
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and follow established school procedures
