Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Special Education teaching license in EBD, ASD, or ABS required
• Experience supporting at-risk youth, especially those in high school settings
• Strong background in behavior support and intervention strategies
• Genuine team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and support a variety of learning needs
• Will consider candidates eligible for Out of Field Licensure Placement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs) for high school students
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in a supportive classroom environment
• Use evidence-based practices for behavior management and academic support
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure consistent communication and holistic student support
• Document progress, complete reports, and participate in regular team meetings
• Nurture student growth and independence while fostering a positive, inclusive classroom
