To qualify, candidates must:

• Hold a valid Missouri teaching license in Special Education (or be fully licensed in another state with Missouri licensure in process)
• Demonstrate experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Cultivate positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Exhibit strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Commit to supporting student growth and academic achievement
• Be available for an onsite position (remote work is not available)

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver specialized instruction to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Monitor and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
