Position Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a committed EBD Special Education Teacher for a district near Saint Paul. This teacher will support high-need students requiring consistent behavioral intervention and individualized academic support.

Responsibilities

• Implement structured, consistent behavioral supports

• Support academic instruction in small-group or individualized settings

• Collaborate with school psychologists, counselors, and behavior teams

• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP processes

• Build strong, supportive relationships with students and families

Requirements

• Active Minnesota teaching license in EBD (required)

• Experience with crisis intervention or CPI preferred

• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $38–$45/hour, weekly pay
