Desired Qualifications:

• Valid (or pending) South Carolina Special Education teaching license
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work in either resource or self-contained classroom settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
