Key Qualifications:

• New Jersey Teaching License with a Students with Disabilities endorsement is required
• Previous experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder strongly preferred

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills in an elementary setting

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging instruction in a specialized autism classroom for elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to support individual learning goals and social skills development
• Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals, support staff, and specialists to ensure a cohesive, supportive environment
• Maintain clear communication with parents and caregivers on student progress and needs
• Document progress toward IEP goals and make data-driven instructional decisions
