Both positions require a valid Tennessee teaching license with the 461 Special Education endorsement.

Middle School Special Education Teacher (Grades 6–8)
Seeking a dedicated teacher to support students in a self-contained classroom serving grades 6–8.

Provide individualized instruction, implement IEPs, and foster academic, social, and behavioral growth.

Collaborate with families and school staff to create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student success.

Elementary Special Education Teacher (Grades K–3)
Seeking a compassionate and engaging teacher to support students in a self-contained classroom serving grades K–3.

Deliver individualized instruction, implement IEPs, and support the early academic, communication, social, and behavioral development of students.

Create a nurturing, structured classroom environment while partnering with families and school staff to help each student reach their full potential

There are 6 autistic students and 1 intellectual disability, and 2 developmental delays.
There are 2 parapros full time in the class and one extra parapro that will be a floater to take kids to gen ed classrooms on a staggered schedule. These students are primarily K and 1st graders.
