Special Education Teacher | Jaffrey, New Hampshire

What we’re seeking:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification in New Hampshire (NH certified required)
• Experience working with students across elementary to high school grades, especially in a special education setting
• Familiarity with a variety of specialized instruction methods and accommodations
• Ability to collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and families to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to working onsite throughout the contract

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct specialized instructional support to students in grades 1-11 across three school locations
• Develop and tailor lesson plans using evidence-based techniques to meet individual student needs and education goals
• Track student progress and adjust instructional approaches as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight into student needs and progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students

This part-time contract role provides approximately 15-20 hours per week, delivering flexibility while making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.
