Key Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification (required)
- Experience working in special education settings, supporting diverse learning needs
- Ability to provide specialized instruction adapting to various grade levels
- Willingness to work on-site across assigned school locations
- Strong communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Passion for fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized instruction to students with varying exceptionalities
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Serve as a resource to general education teachers and staff regarding accommodations and modifications
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by state and district standards
