Special Education Teacher in Jaffrey, NH

What We’re Looking For:

• Current New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification (required)
• Ability to work on-site in the Jaffrey/Keene area
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings (1st–11th grade)
• Comfortable supporting learners with various disabilities and adapting instruction to ensure meaningful growth
• Positive communicator committed to collaboration with general educators, support staff, and administrators
• Flexibility and organization for movement between multiple school buildings as needed
• Open to both full-time and part-time educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction to students with IEPs, based on identified needs
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to a range of grade levels and abilities
• Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, service providers, and families
• Maintain accurate records for progress monitoring and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and student planning sessions
• Travel between three school buildings as schedule dictates
