Qualifications:

  • Current Idaho State Teacher Certification with a Special Education Endorsement
  • Previous teaching experience highly valued, though not required

  • Adaptable communication and instructional skills suitable for Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12

In this position, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct instruction and support within inclusive and self-contained classroom settings
  • Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to fit diverse learning abilities
  • Coordinate with staff, administrators, and parents to foster student growth and success
  • Monitor progress and document student outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations
