What we’re seeking:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field
• Proven experience designing and implementing IEPs
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic educational environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

What you’ll do:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess student progress and modify strategies as needed for optimal development
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related services, and support staff
• Engage families as educational partners and communicate student progress regularly
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with applicable laws and school policies
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth through positive reinforcement and interventions
