Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs preferred

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Implement and monitor progress on IEP goals in collaboration with other educational professionals
• Maintain accurate records of student achievements and challenges
• Foster a nurturing classroom environment where every learner feels safe, respected, and encouraged
• Communicate regularly with families and staff regarding student progress and support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and relevant school activities
