Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current and valid certification in Special Education, with TOSD and/or TOH credentials
• Background in teaching Math, with the ability to address various learning needs
• Experience working within a school environment, providing individualized instruction
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teams, students, and families
• Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction to students with diverse learning needs across Math and Special Education content areas
• Develop and implement IEPs while adapting lessons to accommodate each student’s goals and strengths
• Collaborate with general education teachers and professional staff to ensure optimum support for all learners
• Communicate progress and strategies regularly with families and staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
