Your daily responsibilities:

• Deliver specially designed instruction and modify lessons to meet diverse learning needs within the inclusive classroom

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Consult regularly with colleagues and parents/guardians to promote student success
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
