Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging special education instruction to individual students on a homebound basis
• Implement and adapt lessons to meet each student’s unique learning goals and needs
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and contribute to IEP maintenance and updates as needed
• Collaborate with school faculty, parents, and related service providers to support student achievement
• Provide regular communication and updates regarding student progress

Role Details:

• Contract position
• 3.0 hours per session, 3 times per week
• Direct support to students needing homebound special education services
