Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Experience as an Intervention Specialist or Special Education Teacher
• Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring
• Comfort working within a self-contained resource environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of current best practices in special education

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans for students in a self-contained resource classroom
