Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 Endorsement
• Experience teaching elementary students preferred
• Strong background in delivering reading and math instruction

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Teach reading and math to small groups and individual students, adapting materials as necessary
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents for holistic student support
• Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
• Employ innovative strategies to engage learners and address diverse educational challenges
• Support students’ emotional and social development in addition to their academic growth
