Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and instructional plans
• Provide differentiated instruction tailored to diverse student needs
• Monitor student progress and conduct required educational assessments
• Support effective classroom and behavior management strategies
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, maintaining strong communication with students’ families
• Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers
• Supervise and offer guidance to paraprofessionals working within your classroom

Qualifications Sought:

• Possession of a valid Illinois Professional Educator License
• LBS1 endorsement (ideally covering grades K–12)
• Previous experience supporting students with disabilities is preferred
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and classroom management
