• Current state Special Education licensure (or eligibility)

• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

• Creative problem-solving and classroom management strategies
• Adaptability to support diverse student needs and learning styles

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated instruction in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as appropriate
