Role Details:

  • Position: Elementary Special Education Teacher/Case Manager (2 positions)
  • Grade Levels: Kindergarten–5th Grade
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:25 PM

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching credentials
  • Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher, especially with caseload management
  • Comfortable working with interrelated/resource populations
  • Skilled in managing mild to moderate needs
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction to a caseload of 17–20 students
  • Manage and update IEP documentation and reporting
  • Facilitate collaboration with regular education teachers, parents, and related service providers
  • Provide case management for students’ academic and behavioral goals
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
