• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and resilience in supporting students with a range of needs
• Previous experience teaching in Special Education settings preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered
