• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique learning needs
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging classroom culture that celebrates growth and diversity

• Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to ensure continuous improvement
• Integrate appropriate accommodations and modifications within classroom activities

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a current KS Low Incidence Special Education License
• Demonstrate experience and passion for working with elementary-aged students
