In this role, you will:

• Teach in an elementary school classroom, supporting and inspiring a group of 8 students within the LIFT Program.
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans tailored to low incidence populations.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment to help each student reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with supportive teams of fellow educators, specialists, and families in pursuit of outstanding student outcomes.
• Monitor student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and utilize evidence-based practices.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.

Ideal candidates will have:

• An active Kansas Low Incidence Special Education License.
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students in specialized programs.
• A commitment to differentiated instruction and an inclusive philosophy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to build rapport with students, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
