Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized lesson plans based on students' IEPs
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth

• Work closely with general education teachers, aides, and support staff to ensure inclusion and appropriate accommodations
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and challenges
