Qualifications:

• Valid state Special Education teaching certification and license

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, staff, and families
• Dedication to providing individualized support and developing tailored education plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans adapted to IEP goals and each student’s strengths
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports varied learning styles and abilities
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing assessment
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and instructional strategies
• Engage regularly with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students’ success
