Special Education Teacher - Kaukauna, WI

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Holds a valid Wisconsin Cross-Categorical Special Education certification (License #2801)
• Demonstrated expertise working with high school students in special education
• Extensive experience supporting students on the autism spectrum
• Flexible, resourceful, and enthusiastic about teaching students with a range of mild-to-moderate disabilities, including learning disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, and mild intellectual disabilities
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction and interventions to students with varied special needs in a cross-categorical setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring individualized learning goals are met
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates all learners
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families to support student growth
