Remote Special Education Case Manager | Virtual Learning Environment - Keene, NH

VocoVision specializes in remote special education staffing and we're actively seeking qualified case managers to join our network of professionals. This remote case manager position serves students with individualized education programs in virtual K-12 settings across New Hampshire.

Position Overview: As a virtual case manager you'll oversee IEP development and implementation for a caseload of approximately 40-50 students across various grade levels. The role involves coordinating services, monitoring student progress, ensuring compliance with special education regulations, and serving as the primary liaison between families, educators, and service providers. You'll work 35-37.5 hours weekly managing all aspects of the special education process in a virtual environment.

Primary Responsibilities: Develop, write, and manage individualized education programs • Coordinate evaluation processes and eligibility determinations • Monitor implementation of accommodations and services • Lead IEP meetings and facilitate team communication • Track student progress toward goals • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations • Support families navigating special education processes • Collaborate with virtual teaching staff and related service providers

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire special education licensure (case manager endorsement)
• Master's degree in special education or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in school settings
• Strong knowledge of IDEA and special education law
• Proficiency with IEP management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical capability for remote work
