Multiple contract opportunities are available for certified Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year, providing vital educational services to students in both intensive needs and blended classroom settings.

Positions include:

• Two intensive needs secondary positions (grades 9–post-secondary) in a self-contained environment serving a caseload of around 10 students.
• One intensive needs position at the middle school level (grades 6–8), also self-contained with a similar caseload.
• A unique dual-role opportunity at an elementary school, where you will split your time between special education and general education in a multi-grade classroom setting at a fly-in location.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification required
• Experience working with intensive needs/self-contained populations preferred
• Comfortable teaching a range of grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Ability to collaborate with general education staff and support a diverse classroom
• Organized, adaptable, and strong in communication

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction tailored to each student’s IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans and learning strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and families to support student success
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere for all learners
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
