Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid Wisconsin certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs for students with special needs
• Ability to perform all general responsibilities of a Special Education Teacher, including instruction, assessment, and reporting
• Comfortable working across a range of settings: self-contained, inclusion, resource, and co-teaching
• Strong work ethic, flexible problem-solving, and a growth mindset
• Team player who communicates effectively with students, colleagues, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instructional strategies tailored to individual learner goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Monitor and report student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
