- Foster students' independence through instruction in daily living, communication, and work skills
- Supervise and participate in community-based instruction and job tasks, including off-site group activities
- Maintain accurate records, adapt curriculum, and encourage meaningful student engagement
- Work Monday-Thursday with a dedicated Friday for prep and planning
