Special Education Teacher - Kent, WA

• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher or Resource Teacher.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction to students with diverse learning needs, adhering to IEP requirements.
• Assess student performance and use data to inform teaching strategies.
• Write, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and growth.
• Support classroom accommodations and modifications to promote student accessibility.
• Maintain accurate records, attend meetings, and comply with all district/state regulations.
