Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Special Education teaching license (ABS, ASD, EBD, SLD, or equivalent required)
- Prior experience providing 1:1 instruction, particularly with students with diverse learning needs, is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Commitment to upholding and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Passion for fostering student success in a caring, adaptable environment
