Qualifications:

- Familiarity with various instructional settings, including moderate needs and co-taught resource programs
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities for working with interdisciplinary teams
- Passionate about fostering student growth and advocating for diverse learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction in alignment with IEP goals across assigned grade levels
- Manage specialized classrooms and effectively co-teach within resource room models
- Collect and analyze student data to drive targeted interventions and track progress
