Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification and state licensure in Special Education required

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique learning profile

• Work closely with general education teachers to modify curriculum and support integration in mainstream classrooms when appropriate
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans to maximize growth
• Engage constructively with families, advocating for students and communicating progress regularly
• Remain current with best practices and state guidelines for special education
