Desired Qualifications:

• Current state certification in Special Education

• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, review, and maintain accurate IEPs in collaboration with parents, staff, and service providers
• Monitor student progress, assess educational outcomes, and adjust teaching methods as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages academic and social-emotional growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators to support student success
