Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide tailored instruction to support students with diverse learning needs

Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to foster inclusive classrooms

Track and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed

Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and behavior

Qualifications:

Active state certification in Special Education

Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Interview Process:

10-15 minute initial screening with a Soliant recruiter

20-30 minute virtual interview with the school team

Offers are typically extended within 24 hours
