  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in all students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Instruct students within a self-contained classroom, addressing a range of academic and behavioral needs
  • Develop and monitor individualized goals and accommodations in accordance with IEPs
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies and adaptive curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
  • Maintain regular communication with families and participate in IEP meetings
  • Track student progress, complete documentation, and collaborate with support staff and classroom aides
  • Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
