Key Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Educator Teaching Certification required
- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, specifically with 1st–4th grade students
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Skilled in differentiating instruction for diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Committed to cultivating an inclusive and positive classroom environment
Your Role Will Involve:
- Serving as case manager for a caseload of approximately 15–20 students
- Planning and delivering tailored lessons in a resource setting, with occasional classroom push-ins
- Collaborating with co-case managers, paraprofessionals, and behavior analysts to support students’ learning and behavioral goals
- Managing comprehensive documentation and IEP compliance
- Engaging with parents and guardians to support student success
- Participating in pre- and post-planning days as needed
This contract runs from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, offering consistent hours, a collaborative staff culture, and the reward of directly shaping students’ progress.
