Key Qualifications:

• Current state certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working with PreK students (preferred)
• Skilled in inclusive education and classroom management

• Ability to tailor lessons to both IEPs and typical peers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead an inclusion PreK classroom with up to 18 four-year-olds (students with IEPs and typical peers)
• Plan and deliver adapted instruction per individual and group needs
• Work closely with two classroom paraprofessionals for support
• Manage all IEP documentation, meetings, and communication with families
• Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment
• Maintain classroom operations on an EST schedule
