This full-time contract role requires a dedicated educator comfortable with both Special Education and General Education math instruction, including Pre-Calculus. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Experience teaching Math at the high school level, especially Pre-Calculus
• Strong understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners, meeting a variety of educational needs
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with colleagues, families, and support staff
• Organizational skills for tracking student progress and preparing materials

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction in Math and Pre-Calculus within inclusive and resource classroom settings
• Differentiate lesson plans to ensure accessibility for students with a range of learning abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students in your caseload
• Provide targeted interventions and accommodations as needed
• Collaborate with other educators to support a positive learning atmosphere
